    • Are e-cigarettes safe?

      Unlike cigarettes, e-cigarettes are 95% safer and do not contain ingredients such as tar, tobacco and other harmful toxins. Instead, a steam-like vapour is created to provide satisfaction without the dangerous side-effects.

    • How old do I have to be to smoke e-cigarettes?

      E-cigarettes are not for anyone who is under the age of 18, pregnant ladies, people with any kind of medical conditions.

      Yes there is please check the e-liquid bottle which will have the expiry date printed on the label.

    • Will your products stop me from smoking?

      There is no guarantee that our products will stop you from smoking, although most customers have reported that it has. Each person is different and it all depends on you*.
      *Our products are not smoking cessation device, it cannot be used to stop or quit smoking.

    • What is the sugar content and calories in your product?

      The process of 'vaping' propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and food additives involves absorption of calorific content.  There have been no clinical studies to date to accurately measure the level of absorption.   For people watching their weight or wishing to control their calorie intake, daily use of the ingredients mix should be at a maximum of 30 calories per e-liquid stick at source.  If for example 20% of calorific content is absorbed, this would imply a 6 calorie intake.

    • Can I vape if I am diabetic?

      Vegetable glycerin should be used in absolute moderation if you are diabetic.   We would suggest that you are cautious and monitor your sugar levels before and after using this product.  We also suggest you speak to your doctor/health advisor prior to using this product.

    • Why can I not Vape if I am pregnant

      With regards to advising pregnant women not to Vape again this is a precaution we advise since you may be unknowingly allergic to the PG or VG in the e-liquid.
      As a pregnant women you would not want an allergic reaction that may harm you and your unborn child.

      Our e-Liquids contain Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, artificial food flavours and sometimes nicotine.

    • What is Propylene Glycol?

      Propylene Glycol is a food grade chemical and is a key ingredient as an additive in various medicines and many food products. Propylene glycol is used in food products as a flavouring carrier, is non-toxic, and is an ingredient in products including food colouring and many types of flavouring. A base made of 100% PG is not as smooth as a base made of a PG/VG blend.

    • What is Vegetable Glycerin?

      Vegetable Glycerin is a thick, sweeter tasting, vegetable based liquid used in electronic cigarettes and personal vaporizers. A base made of 100% VG is often very thick and hard to absorb effectively, when compared to a PG/VG mixed base.

  • Dispatch & Delivery

    • When do you dispatch?

      Our warehouse endeavours to dispatch all orders on a daily basis when possible.  During busy periods it can take 2 to 3 days to process orders.  For all orders where Royal Mail Next Day delivery is selected, the cut off time for processing orders is 2.30pm.  Any orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.  We do not process orders on the weekends.  Any orders placed on Friday after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following week.

    • Do you ship worldwide?

      Yes we ship to most of the world. The shipping costs will automatically be calculated at the checkout stage.  Click here for delivery costs.  Whilst we ship worldwide, we cannot guarantee or accept any responsibility should your order fail to clear customs in your country.
      Note: International shipping is available and can only be tracked once the item has been signed for in your country. Unfortunately any addresses supplied to us that are PO BOX will NOT be offered with any tracking service. If you decide to use a PO BOX address then we are not liable for any delays or undelivered items. All other personal address will be tracked, international shipping times are NOT guaranteed and we are unable to offer delivery times.

    • Do you deliver to ARAMEX Houses?

      Unfortunately we do NOT deliver to Aramex Houses as these products are restricted in some countries. Please provide an address in the UK or a personal address in your country that is also not a PO BOX address.

    • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

      Yes we do.  However, we cannot offer any tracking service for delivery to PO Box addresses.  Please note, if you decide to use a PO Box address we cannot be held liable for any undelivered items or for any delays.

    • What happens when there is a delay or my item is lost in the post?

      We rely on couriers and Royal Mail to deliver your orders.  Where we have used Royal Mail, if an item has not been delivered after 15 working days for UK orders, 10 working days for Royal Mail Special Delivery, 20 working days for European orders and 25 working days for International orders, please contact us to make a claim for a lost item.  We will then submit your claim to Royal Mail who will contact you and to make further enquires of the lost in post item.   Please note, we will have to pass on your details for the claim to be processed. If you do not agree with these terms please contact us at [email protected] or call 020 8441 9427 to upgrade your order to Royal Mail Tracked service.  

      Please note we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

    • What methods of payment do you accept?

      You can pay with your debit / credit cards or use your PayPal account. On high value orders we are able to arrange an invoice and you can pay via CHAPS.

      This means your bank is declining the transaction on our website or your card has been locked. Please call your bank for more details.
