The London Vape Company website (“our Site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our Site and by accessing our Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to review and revise the Terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. So please read these Terms carefully. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms, then you should contact us at [email protected] before placing an order with us.
1.1 All orders must be placed via our Site.
1.2 All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 Acceptance of your order will take place once the payment transaction has been accepted, at which time we will email confirmation of your order to you.
1.4 By placing an order on our Site you confirm:

1.4.2 you are 18 years old and over.
Supply of Products
2.1 We aim to supply all products that we advertise for sale. However, we cannot guarantee supply, as products may occasionally be discontinued and/or out of stock for reasons beyond our control.
2.2 If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer you a choice of either a similar alternative product (subject to any price different being met) or a full refund.
3.1 We accept payment by Amex, debit/credit cards or via Paypal. On high value orders we are able to arrange an invoice and payment can be accepted via CHAPS.
3.2 We only accept payment in Pounds (£) Sterling. If you choose to pay for a product using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, we will debit your account in Pounds (£) Sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
3.3 You confirm that the debit/credit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
4.1 All prices listed on our Site include VAT.
4.2 All prices listed on our Site exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
4.4 Although we try to ensure prices displayed on our Site are accurate, an error may occur and a price may be incorrectly stated. In the event that a product has been priced incorrectly, you will be notified as soon as possible of the correct price and have the option to buy at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed with the order at the correct price you will be refunded in full. If we are unable to contact you or you do not reconfirm your order at the correct price within 5 days of us contacting you, your order in respect of the incorrectly priced product will be treated as cancelled.
4.5 In the event delivery of your order is to an address outside the UK, we shall not be responsible for any additional taxes due including but not limited to importation taxes, sales taxes and any other taxes and charges that may be applied at the delivery destination.
Shipping & Delivery
5.1 All orders received by us are subject to availability.
5.2 All orders within the UK are have the option of Royal Mail and UK Mail service. You will have the option to use First Class, Recorded or Special Delivery at checkout.
5.3 All orders within UK over £50 are offered with free delivery. The service used is Royal Mail 1st Class No Tracking. You will have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail with Tracking at checkout. If you choose Royal Mail with Tracking, please note your order can only be tracked once we send the tracking information to you.
5.4 International shipping including deliveries in Europe can take up to 25 working days to be delivered. International shipping times are not guaranteed. We have no control whatsoever in respect of your local delivery services and therefore we do not represent or warrant that your order will be delivered within a particular timescale, in the form which it was originally packaged or at all.
5.5 Your order will be delivered to the address that you specify when placing your order. Please check the delivery address that appears in the confirmation email you receive after you have placed your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please immediately let us know and provide the correct address.
5.6 If you specify the wrong address when placing your order and your order is dispatched, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional shipping charges arising from the failed delivery. Re-delivery charges need to be paid in advance before re-delivery is attempted.
Customs & Clearance
6.1 It is your responsibility as the customer purchasing goods from our Site to ensure that the goods you are purchasing are permitted in your country and not prohibited. In the event that your order is detained by customs, refused clearance and must therefore be returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the goods to be returned to us.
6.2 Once the goods are returned to us and a full inspection is carried out to check that the goods are in a satisfactory resalable condition, you have the option of either a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or re-delivery. If the re-deliver option is chosen, clause 6.1 will apply.
6.3 For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied upon the delivery of such products to the specified address. You are solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control whatsoever in respect of any such additional import duties, taxes or charges levied and we cannot advise you what these may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
6.4 For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you shall be deemed the importer and it shall be your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the country to which the order is delivered. We are, in no way, liable to you or any third parties for any breach by you of any such laws arising from or in connection with the purchase of the products and/or our delivery of your order to you.
7.1 If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us, as soon as possible after you have placed your order, by email at [email protected] or on 020 8441 9427. Please have your order number and date the order was placed to hand.
7.2 If your order has already been dispatched then please refer to our returns procedure.
Returns & Refunds
8.1 You have the right to return your order within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the date you receive your order. Before returning any products to us you must first email us at [email protected] for prior authorisation. Products must be returned within 7 days from authorisation, at your own expense and risk.
8.2 We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty products after 7 days. Please note that any unwanted or non-faulty products returned to us within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original selling price will be deducted from the refund, providing the products are in resalable condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork and accessories.
8.3 No refund can be given for the original shipping/postage cost of any products which are returned regardless of fault.
8.4 Products must be returned ‘as sold’, in the original unused condition and in the original.
- Faulty, incorrect or missing stock will carry no charge on refund
- On PayPal and Credit Card refunds, 6% from the value of your order will be deducted should you wish to cancel your order through no fault of Shisha Sticks (e.g cancellation of your order because you no longer want it). If you are happy to accept a refund in the form of a cheque, then only 3% will be deducted from the value of your refund.
- Non-faulty refund requests will incur a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted and you must ensure the goods are returned recorded delivery at your expense.
9.1 If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
10.1 We will always try to ensure that the details, prices, photographs, videos and descriptions of our products appearing on our Site are correct at all times. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and information that appears on our site. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any information we place on our Site, we make no warranties whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
11.1 All complaints should be sent by email to [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
12.1 Nothing contained within our Terms in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
